Using Sapor

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use Sapor only for lawful purposes. You remain responsible for decisions made using suggestions from the service.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of Sapor, upload harmful or unlawful material, impersonate others, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Sapor the limited permission needed to host, process, display and deliver that content as part of the service. You must have the right to provide anything you submit.

Food, health and generated suggestions

Sapor provides general informational assistance. Recipes, nutrition awareness, substitutions, cooking times and generated suggestions may require your judgment. Check allergies, dietary restrictions, ingredient condition, appliance instructions and safe cooking temperatures yourself. Sapor is not medical advice.

Sapor intellectual property

The Sapor name, mascot, designs, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Aavam Innovation. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Availability and third parties

Features may change, be staged, interrupted or discontinued. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Videos shown in Sapor are played by YouTube's embedded player, and by watching them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or serious misuse. You may delete your account through the app. Some information may be retained where lawfully required.

Disclaimers and liability

Sapor is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Sapor is not responsible for losses caused by unsafe food handling, ignored allergy information, inaccurate user input or reliance on general informational suggestions.

Governing law and contact
